« Room was clean like bed, bathroom, etc. But dead roaches found. No live ones. For the price it was somewhat on par. I've rated it accordingly. Front desk staff was friendly. Easy check in. Very sub par condition room. Very rough looking...again, for the price, it's about what you'd expect for a cheap room that isn't dirty. »

« I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Great location for Penn's Peak! Rooms were clean and some renovations. Continental breakfast was serviceable. Only real issue was outlets. The bathroom had NONE, one not working near the mirror in the room and one that included the lights between the beds. Had to unplug the TV for hair dryer/irons and had to unplug the microwave to charge a phone near the bed. »

« Hôtel historique (19ème siècle) au centre de la petite et typique ville de Jim Thorpe. Chambre (Deluxe King) vaste, propre plutôt bien équipée avec SdB séparée avec baignoire. La chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante... même la nuit (passage des éboueurs, traffic tôt le matin). Accueil un peu réservé mais les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont sympas! Le pub attenant est très sympa et nous avons bénéficié par l'hôtel d'un bon pour un PdJ américain à 7$. »

« There are many walkable places- like the Archer Theatre, restaurants, PPL center etc. The room and lobby area were very vibrant and clean. When checking in, it was a very rushed process, staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. This was the same for the valets. Seemed overwhelmed or did not necessary have a process on retrieving vehicles. I will share that the one valet did not answer me but pointed to the check in area when I asked a question related to valeting. I was taken back by that...

« Bien en général. Très bonne hôtel. Le seul point négatif relevé est le service de nettoyage de la chambre: lit refait sommairement, drap et couvre-lit mal mis, aucun nettoyage avec l'aspirateur, moquette et sol reste sale. »

« Serait dû pour un '' Refresh ''. Le déjeuner très ordinaire aucune variété à chaque matin. »
