Uma das mulheres da limpeza –não sabemos o nome, mas é uma magra que se recusa a usar uniforme e veste short de academia para trabalhar – é extremamente mal educada. "Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience. "
