The house was in a central location with plenty of room for three generations. It was great not having to bring linens or pay extra to rent them. The house was well stocked with essentials and beach items.

Very tidy house in a suburban cul-de-sac, with good amenities and somewhat quirky layout. there are three actual bedrooms and two convertible couches, which brings the total capacity to 10, I guess. In fact, it would be tight with that many but we were only eight. It’s definitely a bike ride or a drive to get to the beach. The screen porch is great for meals, but a little hot when we were there. Air-conditioning throughout the house was crucial during 100 weather we were experiencing. The kitchen was adequate or somewhat cramped for a group of cooks. Well equipped with beach stuff.

Comfortable, great location, thoughtful hosts

Comfortable, spacious home with nice yard, patio and gardens in quiet, pretty neighborhood.Thoughtfully set up with everything we needed including beach items and kids toys. We had lots of room for family including toddler and kid, as home includes living room, den, and pool table room as well as screen porch off of the dining room. Easy drive to beach, restaurants, shops. Very nice and we hope to return!

Very clean, excellent notes left explaining expectations and “what to do’s”. Every cupboard is labeled so one knows where to find things. The lanai is wonderful, the house has a nice floor plan, and it is in a very convenient and pleasant location! The neighbors and folks in nearby townhouses are so friendly. Very convenient to walking/riding trails, and downtown Lewes! The rug in the kitchen has a corner near the end of the counter by the hallway where one can catch your foot. Just be mindful when you enter the kitchen that way so you do not trip. Overall a most pleasant stay!
