„This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV.“

„This apartment was perfect for our graduation weekend at Univ of Dayton. Perfect space for 2 of us. Aparrment was very clean, bed and linens were comfortable. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak. ...

„Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!“
