The king bedroom offers a private retreat with a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The fully equipped galley kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed for dining at home, while the living room includes comfortable lounge seating, a Smart TV, and a dining nook for two. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Many downtown favorites can be reached on foot, making it easy to explore without a car. Uber and other rideshare services are also available for trips beyond downtown, while a vehicle is recommended for visiting distilleries and destinations throughout the surrounding Bourbon Country.

We strictly do not allow smoking, events, or parties. Any violations are subject to significant fines.



The primary guest must be at least 24 years old. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Pets are not allowed at this time.
