« I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management of this hotel for accommodating my late check-in after missing my arrival date due to a coach breakdown. The hotel boasts a modern and immaculate appearance, with my room being particularly impressive. The cuisine is exquisite, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. For anyone visiting Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, a stay at this hotel is an absolute must.

« This little gem truly has everything you could need. I had to book a night unexpectedly due to a transportation emergency and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming even on a last minute reservation, the restaurant and pool areas were relaxing and the food was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and in order as well. « From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base⊠I kept extending .. just couldnât leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of âWarm Heartâ hospitality! »

« Mirroring the exterior concrete slab look of the property, the horrible inside of the hotel is a tired version of what used to be even as new ugly design and poor furniture choice. The doors were not made for the frame and hardware so all doors are hacked on the top. You can see daylight around the doors as the fit is so poor.
