Brewer’s Bluff | Iconic Ocean View Estate
- Welcome to Brewer’s Bluff
Some houses have a view. Brewer’s Bluff has THE view.
Perched above the Pacific at the quiet northern end of Lincoln City’s Roads End neighborhood, this remarkable oceanfront home offers a front-row seat to the Oregon Coast. From morning fog lifting over the water to dramatic winter storms and sunsets that fill the horizon, the ocean is part of everyday life here.
Brewer’s Bluff is offered exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer, making it an exceptional home base for an extended stay on the coast, remote work, temporary housing, a longer project assignment or simply spending a season living by the ocean.
A Lincoln City home with a story
The name Brewer’s Bluff is a nod to one of the most interesting pieces of the home's history. The residence was designed and built by members of the family behind Milwaukee’s legendary Pabst brewing legacy—which is why you may occasionally hear it referred to as Lincoln City’s “PBR House.”
And this is not a cookie-cutter beach house.
Nearly 5,000 square feet of warm woodwork, unexpected architectural details and wonderfully unusual spaces make the home feel as though it has stories tucked into every corner. Explore a little and you may even discover rooms and spaces you didn't realize were there. Finding the home's tucked-away “secret” spaces is part of the fun of getting to know Brewer’s Bluff.
Settle in, not just stay
This is a home meant to be lived in.
The oversized chef’s kitchen makes cooking for a crowd—or simply settling into normal life—easy. Multiple living areas give everyone room to spread out, while two libraries and a dedicated workspace create options for reading, working remotely or finding a quiet corner of your own.
Throughout the house, fireplaces, large windows and comfortable gathering spaces take advantage of the setting. Outside, multiple decks and patios give you even more ways to enjoy the ocean air.
And when the weather turns? That may be when Brewer’s Bluff is at its best. Settle in with a fire, watch a Pacific storm roll toward shore, or enjoy the hot tub while listening to the surf below.
Life at Roads End
One of the best parts of an extended stay here is getting to experience Lincoln City more like a local.
You’re tucked away at the north end of town, near the end of Roads End, with the Pacific just outside and miles of beach waiting to be explored. Roads End is known for its quieter stretch of sand, tide pools, incredible sunsets and views toward Cascade Head.
Spend your days beachcombing, looking for one of Lincoln City’s hidden **Finders Keepers glass floats**, hiking toward God’s Thumb, exploring Cascade Head, or simply taking a long walk down the beach. Devils Lake is only a few miles away for kayaking, paddleboarding, boating and fishing, while Chinook Winds Casino Resort is approximately 1.6 miles away for gaming, dining, concerts and entertainment.
You'll also be close to grocery stores, coffee shops and everything you need for day-to-day living—an important difference when you're staying for a month instead of a weekend.
Eat your way through Lincoln City
Longer stays mean you actually have time to discover your favorites.
Start a morning with breakfast at **The Wild Flower Grill**, grab sushi or poke from **Yatai Sushi** to bring back to the house, head to **Kyllo’s** for seafood overlooking the ocean, or try the wood-fired pizzas and cocktails at **Hearth & Table**.
And because you're staying awhile, you can explore well beyond the usual tourist stops—from the restaurants and shops of Oceanlake and historic Taft to the galleries, glass studios, hiking trails, golf courses and small coastal towns surrounding Lincoln City.
Why stay for a month?
Because Brewer’s Bluff isn't really a place you experience in two nights.
There’s something different about waking up to this view every morning, learning where the best coffee is, watching the tides change, finding your favorite stretch of beach and realizing that for a little while, you actually live on the Oregon Coast!
Come unpack. Settle in. Explore the house. Discover Lincoln City.
And make Brewer’s Bluff home for a while.
