„The house was clean and laid out in a way that allowed the kids to have their own space. The games and hot tub were a nice way to spend the day. Just a short walk to a very nice beach and quiet neighborhood. Easily fit our 2 families and it was great we could bring the dogs. Loved the porch for fresh air and relaxing. As soon as we got home my kids asked when we could go again! Thank you for sharing your home.“

„Well we loved the house but i wished you had tv in living room. There was a hair tie in master bedroom, so i assumed maybe they didn’t clean right. I wish you had vacuum and some cleaning supplies around so i could clean lil more, I didn’t like that kids couldn’t sleep downstairs cause it was very cold and even for my dogs, good thing i bought them extra blankets for them, they don’t have much fur. I didn’t take pictures in house cause I expected the house to be more up to date, looked like old ...

„This was a great location and house for a family with little kids! The kitchen was a bit lacking in some things that you often find in vacation rental homes, but that wasn’t a big deal just good to be aware that you will likely need to bring/purchase things you need beyond basic kitchen dishes and utensils. The hot tub was also a little cloudy and foamy, it seemed like maybe a previous guest maybe used some kind of bubbles or something and it didn’t get fully flushed out. Hopefully that was just ...

„The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house!“

„House is large, plenty of bedrooms, great location in lincoln city, hot tub was great. 7 steps to the beach is not true. Staircase to beach is closer to 20 stairs. If you have little ones or guests with mobility issues you may want to think about it. Home was mostly clean, kitchen had issues. Fridge was dirty and was warm on arrival. Cooled down after about 12 hours. Rental management company was helpful.“

„Overall the place was great and comfortable! You cannot beat the location or the view. Quiet area as well with easy access to the beach. Good amount of space for 6 people comfortably. Biggest downside for us this time around was one of the bedrooms downstairs did not feel like it has been cleaned and there was hair all over the sheets so had to wash them right away. The upstairs bathroom also had hair all over the mat and in the shower so we had to clean those too. Upstairs space is beautiful ...

„This was a cute CLEAN place to stay. When we checked in i thought there might be a little mure explanation as to where the heat os and just general location of amenities. But overall we were pleased.“

„Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections“
