„The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out.
