« This was our second stay at the cottage & it fits our needs very well. We are hoping to return on a regular basis, as it’s perfect for our needs.
However, I do think there is room for improvement - spruce things up a little. The property could do with a deep clean. The surface cleaning is fine, but the taps, carpets, chairs and cushions, for example, could do with a good clean to remove stains.
- The microwave is very old, as are a lot of the utensils and it would be a good idea to replace...

« I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. »

« The property is a spacious, modern house with very comfortable beds and a large sitting room area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a breakfast bar as well as the dining table. There are two spacious ensuite bathrooms plus a separate shower room and a separate washroom, all with nice fluffy towels. Our party included two small guests (aged 4 and 2) who were thrilled by the selection of toys and books available (and there are books and toys for older kids too) and there is a small...

The advertising of the room was very confusing, not mentioning that a host was actually on the premises, which make checking in very confusing. I expect better from Expedia. »
