Lisbon Alfama Charming Apartment

If you are visiting for a short break in the city, a business trip or planning a longer family holiday in Lisbon, this bright apartment offers the perfect refuge for your stay.



Apartment:

This cosy apartment is located on a pedestrian street, on the third floor of a typical Lisbon building, accommodating up to 4 guests, with one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, it has a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and espresso coffee machine, which facilitates meal preparation. In the living and dining area we offer a space to relax, with a modern 55-inch Smart QLED TV with cable and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. We mention that the stairs to access the apartment are somewhat steep and there is no lift in the building.



Location and transport:

Live like a local resident! Located in the heart of the city, you will be able to experience daily life on foot, by bicycle or using public transport, such as ride-sharing and train, which at a short distance will take you to the beaches of the Cascais coast. It is also close to the bus terminal and river boat terminal. If you prefer taxi or Uber service, these can be picked up at the corner of the square / next to the bus station.

There is parking right across the square.

A walk through the city centre takes only a few minutes, allowing you to absorb the atmosphere of the avenues, cafés and shops along the way. The apartment, located in the lively Alfama neighbourhood, offers the convenience of a historic building, guaranteeing an environment typical of such a Lisbon neighbourhood.



Because it is a historic neighbourhood undergoing constant renovation, there are works in the area, so there may be noise coming from them.

Our neighbourhood is prestigious, residential and commercial, located in the heart of Lisbon. We are close to cultural treasures, such as Lisbon Cathedral, Casa dos Bicos, Santa Luzia viewpoint and commercial areas, some of which have centuries of history. Supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, shopping centres, cinemas and Santa Apolónia station are easily accessible, with Lisbon Airport just 8 km away.



Enjoy breakfast at one of the nearby pastry shops or explore typical groceries in search of fresh fruit, cod, etc, to prepare a delicious home-cooked dinner or choose one of the many typical restaurants or ethnic cuisine establishments.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to your wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact for check-in or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer several additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, organisation of sightseeing tours, amongst others.

Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €50; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €30)

Late check-out (after 12pm - €30; after 3pm - €50; after 5pm - night rate in effect)

Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays of 8 to 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning.



For stays longer than 28 days, monthly cleaning will be mandatory with our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas charges are not included and will be charged to guests.
