Schöne, geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem eher schmucklosen Wohnviertel, es sind aber alle relevanten Attraktionen gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns viel via Uber/Bolt fortbewegt. Die Parksituation mit z.B. einen Mietwagen ist angespannt. Die Wohnung selbst ist vollständig ausgestattet. Kleinere Mängel fanden wir unkritisch - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder!

Grocery stores were very close and convenient. Kitchen had all the items we needed except maybe a coffee pourover or auto drip coffee maker for people who like larger coffees. There are so many fabulous restaurants in walking distance though that we didn't cook a meal there. The little balcony off of the kitchen was a great place to have a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. There are literally 50 steps up to the apartment and additional dozen or so if your bedroom is the loft, so be prepared. We had trouble with the AC at first while it was in the 90sF, but opening up the shutter window in the washer area helped cool the system and make it work again. Overall it's a great place to stay in Lisbon.

Ok not great

We have stayed in many properties and this one was bit of a disappointment. The heat was crazy when we arrived, the AC is in a room on the porch which doesn’t allow for airflow. The microwave sparked when used so unusable. Garbage found under beds. Single bed broken and unable to make into double. Water heater leaked and filled up buckets of water in kitchen after soaking our buns. Main shower leaked and smelled. Other shower had razor blade cover in it so obviously wasn’t cleaned. Maintenance man sent and he tried some things which helped shower and AC. Oh and elevator is broken so you have to climb 50 stairs! So if you are ok with all of that then it’s fine, but like I said, not great. Travelled with kids 5 & 8 and parents 66 & 67. We were expecting better from the looks of the listing. A bit disappointing for my parents and kids first visit to Europe.

Great Apartment

This 3rd floor (second floor for Portugal) unit in an older building has been recently renovated. It is very spacious, clean, and well done. Comfortable beds. No night noise. Not sharing bathrooms was great for our group. It is in a quiet area - 40 minute walk to tourist areas, but short walk to the metro and easy to get Ubers. We liked being away from the heavy tourist areas, which can get very busy. This neighborhood is quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Good communication with host. The stairs may be an issue for older groups but were not a problem for us at all. Highly recommend this unit. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were not resolved, but we were there on a holiday week. It was nothing that impacted our happy experience.

Our 3 day stay in Lisbon

We really enjoyed this rental because of its size and good condition. It was great for our two adults and two children, who were excited to have their own room. The main bedroom is upstairs, secluded with its own bathroom, and has a queen bed. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Everything was relatively new and in good condition, for the most part. The sign on the front door says you must bring the room key to a key drop location, but we received an email to instead just leave the key visible on a table before leaving, so that was nice. The only caveats I would share are: - The rental is on the third floor, and the elevator does not work, so be prepared to walk. It's not bad, but just keep this in mind. - We could not get hot water to work from the upstairs shower, even after letting it run for 5 minutes, but it did work in the two other showers. - One of the faucets in the downstairs bathroom would drip every few seconds, so we had to turn off the cold water from under the sink. - The area across the street has graffiti and is under construction. So there is noise, but they stop in the evening and everything was quiet from that regard. - You will hear sirens from ambulances going by as you are relatively close to a children's hospital. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few issues need to be addressed to make this a 5-star review. Thanks!

INTERM STAY IN LISBON

Once we were able to actually able to check in most things were good. the one bedroom could have been set up for a couple as we were registered as three couples. We also were advised that basic supplies would be available in the suite, which was not the case. Also the bedding on one of the beds was stained and did not look clean, and we sent a message to Guest Ready and that issue was not addressed!

Séjour agréable

L’appartement est sympa et bien situé par contre le toilette d’une des chambres n’évacue pas . Il faudrait vraiment remédier à ça car nous avions pris cette appartement pour que chaque couple est sa salle de bain et son toilette.

Près des transport facile de ce déplacer

Nous étions 6 adultes 65 ans et plus pplus .le logement avait 6 escaliers d"environ 12 marches et l"ascenseur pas fonctionnel nous avons dû quitter trop difficille .nous aurions vraiment aimé rester mais impossible pour nous .Si il y a quelque chose a améliorer la petite chambre le avec le lit simple qui s'ouvre matelas pas très confortable ..même pour le reste le tout aurais Été parfait pour notre séjour

Ottima sistemazione

abbiamo soggiornato a Lisbona per 4 gg in 5, casa accogliente spaziosa pulita ed in una comoda zona vicina al centro e stazione metro a pochi minuti a piedi. Appena arrivati si rimane perplessi perchè la via della casa è in "ristrutturazione" ma poi si apprezza la centralità la tranquillità e la facilità del parcheggio

Bien dans l'ensemble

Logement bien équipé, bon emplacement dans le centre de Lisbonne, beaucoup de commerces à proximité avec des horaires assez larges. Situé au 2eme étage: l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et nous n'avons pas été prévenu (Famille avec 3 enfants dont 1 bébé, donc beaucoup de bagages...) Nous avons envoyé un email pour prévenir de la panne ainsi qu'une fenêtre de la pièce principale qui ne fermait pas mais aucune réponse... Attention cependant si vous avez une voiture: la rue est réservée aux résidents de 19h à 9h, nous aurions apprécié connaitre cette information très importante, cela nous aurait évité une grosse amende par la société Emel le soir de notre arrivée à 23h30. Pas simple de trouver une place "non résident" dans les rues voisines pour les autres nuits. Quelques odeurs désagréables provenant des sanitaires près de la cuisine.

Spacious Top Floor Unit / Apartment

Apartment was clean and spacious with working air conditioning units. Checkin was smooth but the elevator was not working and prior to our arrival we were notified that one of the twin beds was broken. Those 2 issues aside, would recommend a stay at this apartment.
