We really enjoyed this rental because of its size and good condition. It was great for our two adults and two children, who were excited to have their own room.
The main bedroom is upstairs, secluded with its own bathroom, and has a queen bed. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Everything was relatively new and in good condition, for the most part. The sign on the front door says you must bring the room key to a key drop location, but we received an email to instead just leave the key visible on a table before leaving, so that was nice.
The only caveats I would share are:
- The rental is on the third floor, and the elevator does not work, so be prepared to walk. It's not bad, but just keep this in mind.
- We could not get hot water to work from the upstairs shower, even after letting it run for 5 minutes, but it did work in the two other showers.
- One of the faucets in the downstairs bathroom would drip every few seconds, so we had to turn off the cold water from under the sink.
- The area across the street has graffiti and is under construction. So there is noise, but they stop in the evening and everything was quiet from that regard.
- You will hear sirens from ambulances going by as you are relatively close to a children's hospital.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few issues need to be addressed to make this a 5-star review. Thanks!
