Hébergement parfait et bien situé quand on aime l’action. Bien meublé avec toutes les commodités. Le propriétaire était là pour nous accueillir et nous guider. Très central et près des transports en commun, des restaurants et des bars.

Excellente localisation pour visiter Lisbonne
L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les principales attractions touristiques à Lisbonne et pour se promener dans les quartiers les plus pittoresques. L’accueil était exceptionnel, l’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et assez confortable. Les matelas et les draps ne sont pas de la meilleure qualité mais très propres. Il y avait à certains moments des odeurs déplaisantes a cause de la plomberie, surtout lorsque nous prenions nos douches. Si vous venez en voiture il faudra prévoir un montant supplémentaire d’environ 15 Euros pour parquer votre voiture à environ 500m de l’appartement. Le parking juste en face de l’appartement est sensiblement plus cher.

Très bien placé. Deco soignée ( on aime ou pas). Surfaces de l.appartement sont confortables. La peinture mériterait un rafraîchissement à certains endroits. Le ménage n’a été fait qu’une fois pour un séjour d’une semaine. L’absence de réception n’est pas rédhibitoire mais peut présenter des inconvénients.

SUPERBE ACCUEIL
Accueil au pied de l'immeuble à une heure tardive, par ALEXANDRE qui nous a accordé plus de demi heure pour nous briffer sur les pièges a éviter et les meilleurs endroits à connaitre. Il nous a débusqué une nuit supplémentaire au dernier moment dans un appart de 160m2 à un prix d'ami.

Lovely apartment in a great location of Lisbon! We were able to walk or catch Ubers/trolleys very easily from this location. So many wonderful restaurants, café nearby. The apartment was a two bedroom two bath on the third floor. There was an elevator to use if needed for caring up luggage. Unlike regular vacation rentals with a long stay, after a couple days, we were given the option to have fresh towels, cleaning, at no charge. We loved the little welcome gift of a bottle of wine when we arrived, along with some teas and coffees. Little touches like available umbrellas and great maps in apartment help us as well. It was a place we would happily stay again in.

Stor fed lejlighed med god beliggenhed
Rigtig god beliggenhed, gode fællesarealer og samlet set en rigtig god lejlighed. Det eneste minus er, at der ikke er fuld væg mellem stue og det store soveværelse med 2 af sengene, så lyden går gennem. Men ville bo der igen.

Apt was in great condition with modern amenities including a kitchen, washing machine and AC in all rooms. Great location in the city with tons of restaurants and shops in immediate walking distance. The property uses a smart app lock for self check in and while we initially had problems getting it to work on my Android phone, it worked fine with my wife's iPhone. There were provided hotel style NFC cards that could then be used to unlock the doors which we used during our stay.

Location, comfort, and charm
Alexandre and the team were so kind and helpful…they even helped book restaurant reservations for us. The location was very central and walkable to much of the city. And they came halfway through our stay to refresh the towels, paper products, and coffee. It was clean and comfortable, with all the basics you need, plus more. I would definitely stay again and hope to do so sooner than later!

This property is in a prime location and you can walk everywhere. We drove in from the airport and it’s a little tricky because you can’t drive on the street where the apartment is located. The place was clean and had all of the amenities. It was a great experience.

My wife really liked this place and that says a lot! The apt. Was recently redecorated and was very nice. The owners provided a bottle of wine which was great. The apt was on a hilly street that could be a challenge for someone older. There were several restaurants nearby and they were all good.

The apartment was fantastic - wonderful location, easy access/check-in/communications. They really thought of everything - the kitchen has everything you need, and lovely furnishings throughout, all well-kept. Shopping and restaurants all within an easy walk - we couldn't say enough good things about it and would definitely stay there again if ever back in Lisbon.

Would give more stars if possible!
What an incredible stay in the heart of Lisbon. Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? Firstly a seamless arrival in the heart of the city, away from the most touristy parts but still in a buzzing area with great links around the city. Secondly, a beautiful apartment, massively spacious and well laid out with lovely furnishings, bedroom at the back of the house so nice and quiet with a balcony in the living area out into the street. A dream. The icing on the cake, the people managing the apartment were so incredibly kind and helpful offering tips and advice when asked and even going the extra mile to print some documents for us which we urgently needed. All done with a smile and good nature. Honestly, this couldn't be a more perfect stay. What a place!

They had someone there to help us enter apartment. Apartment was beautiful! They came back and reset the wifi multiple times until it worked for us. They gave us information on areas to explore and restaurants, all very helpful.

Good location, clean apartment and nice hosts
Stayed here for 3 nights for a family vacation and was very pleased with the apartment. Laurine was a very good host and gave us plenty of tips for places to visit and eat. We were allowed to check-in early and had the option of leaving our bags in hold at check-out. The apartment is really well located to visit all the main tourist attractions. I would stay here again if I go back to Lisbon.

とても素敵なアパートメントホテルです。
評判通りの素晴らしい部屋でした。広くてすべての設備が整っていて、今まで滞在したどこのアパートメントホテルより良かった。 スタッフも申し分なく、帰りは出発まで荷物を預かってもらったのですが、約束した時間に行くと、すでに１階まで下ろしてくれてあり、タクシーまで運んでくれました。 場所は想像より便利で、斜め向かいに２２時までやっているスーパー、トラムの駅も地下鉄の駅もすぐそばです。 「歩き方」には記載がないけど地下鉄バイシャ・シアード駅のもう一つの出口が近くなので、コメルシオ広場方面に行くときは地下道を通り抜けていくと、エスカレーターを利用できるので楽です。とにかくどこへ行くのも坂だらけなので。ちなみにホテルも坂の途中にあります。 最初の３日間はロシオ広場の側にしましたが、ずっとここにすれば良かった。 一つだけ残念だったのは、ドラム式の洗濯機に乾燥機能がついていないことに気がつかず、大量の洗濯をした後に途方に暮れたことぐらい。自分の不注意なのでホテルのせいではありません。
