Wir waren im Dezember 3 Tage in der Unterkunft und es war super! Die Kommunikation war herausragend. Die Aussattung und Lage des Appartement ist phantastisch Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einzigartig. Sollten wir nochmal in diese wunderschöne Stadt kommen dann buchen wir definitiv wieder dieses Appartement 10 von 10 Sternen 👍

Perfect place for a city break with a young family
Central location with excellent access to shops, pastels road and restaurants. Check in was easy and the apartment was fully stocked with milk, breakfast and amenities for the family. Just perfect!

Location is great, everything is walking distance, Don't think to rent and drive around. Very narrow streets, no parking, crowded. Uber is very cheap. Apartment was clean, big. Bed was terrible, you couldn't turn around without shaking all bed, mattress very uncomfortable, my husband had back pain, so, he could not get up in the morning. We did not care about their breakfast much except fruits. Breakfast was milk (every day 1 L) juice, loaf of bread (every day fresh one) or plain sandwich rolls, yogurt, cheese , cereal, fruits. We end up with 4 L of juice, milk, bags of bread. I emailed to them asking not to bring it anymore because we don't eat it. We just didn't want to waist the food. It was so many coffee shops with amazing pastries around, we were eating there. Who wants to eat plain boring food in the room?! :) It was safe in the area. We would stay there again. Also their check in time 3pm, we came 35 min early, and we have to wait exactly 3pm.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious very clean, comfortable and in a great location! Tram 28 stops right on the corner! Great communication and very friendly! They have a storage room to hold luggage if you arrive early and self check in is very easy! We had a great time! Would highly recommend a stay here!

Staying at Ouro Grand by Level Residences was an experience. Great location, the unit that we stayed in (1K) was spacious, clean, great furniture and very safe ! The daily breakfast was really appreciated and the times that I seek for additional services was superior. Highly recommend this place !

Everything was beyond expectations. Friendly manager and doorman. Soo was fantastic. Nice fruit, food and breakfast provided. Room was very roomy and comfy with all the amenities needed for a family and more. Location was perfect. Will definitely recommend and if ever back in Lisbon I will be glad to visit again.

Perfect stay for our family of 4!
This was the first time booking an apartment through hotels.com. Our place was perfect. We found a great rate for a 2 BR / 2 Bath. The arrival was easy and we were able to store luggage with the doorman. The delivery of fresh bread and the stocking of the frig was great. Felt like they had gone to the market for us. Super clean. Great location. Awesome cafe right downstairs. I am going to lol for more apartment booking options back in the US as well.

Wonderful, comfortable apartment with a delightful roof-top terrace. Even has a washing machine and a complete kitchen - but no microwave. We loved staying here and will visit again. Amazing location - close to everything or transportation very close by. Lovely staff, easy to get keys. Even helped us store our luggage after check-out.

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento fantastico, dotato di ogni confort. Tutte le mattine alle 8.15 ci portavano il pane fresco e la sera al nostro rientro trovavamo nel frigorifero affettato e formaggio, più cereali, yogurt, latte e frutta per la mattina. Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro, comoda anche per uscire la sera. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Amamos Lisboa
Apto muito bem localizado , próximo à praça do comércio , com muitas cafeterias, padarias próximo . Fizemos a maior parte das coisas a pé . Para ir para área de Belém utilizamos o elétrico que sai da praça do comércio que fica a 2 ou 3 quadras do apto. Tem uma estação de metrô na mesma rua. Para vir do aeroporto viemos de metrô . Não metade da viagem tem que trocar de estação mas é muito tranquilo . E a estação final Baixa-chiado fica a poucos metros do apto. Apto com 2 quartos (uma cama de casal em um quarto e 2 de solteiro no outro ! 2 banheiros , sala com sofá cama muito confortável , cozinha , máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Excelentes roupas de cama e toalhas com reposição sempre que solicitado. Chuveiro com boa pressão e temperatura também . Adoramos e recomendamos . Estávamos em 4 pessoas . Não tem estacionamento somente estacionamento pago mas como pegamos o carro somente no último dia para a saída não atrapalhou em nada . Aos finais de semana pode estacionar na rua do hotel.

Services and cleanliness bad
Not a very good experience in general. The apartment and the building are ok while there are room of improvement regarding cleanliness and services. Food and open milk left in fridge and only kitchen sponge provided is an used one. Don’t even want to take of picture and show how disgusting it is. Mon called the property manager and let her about it. The other day a lady stopped by and left us a new one and a dirty kitchen towel. I just don’t understand this at all.

Ótimo apartamento
Fácil contato via Whatsapp com a proprietária, check-in tranquilo e localização excelente. O apartamento é ótimo: novo, grande (muito confortável para 5 pessoas), iluminado, limpo e bem equipado (ar -condicionado, lava-louças, máquina de lavar e secar roupas, forno e microondas, cafeteira Dolce Gusto). Todas as informações de uso dos equipamentos, segurança, senha wi-fi, etc estão em uma pastinha de fácil consulta. Camas e sofá-cama (grande) confortáveis, lençóis e toalhas limpos. Amenities nos banheiros (xampu, hidratante corporal, discos de algodão, cotonetes). Chuveiro bom (apenas em um dos banheiros a ducha principal não estava funcionando, somente chuveirinho). Nossa estadia foi muito boa e recomendamos o apartamento!

Excellent central location. Very clean and modern apartment with everything required for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whilst the apartments are situated on a very busy and at times noisy street, the sound proofing was amazing and once inside, it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and for families
Great location - trolley stop right outside and within walking distance of quite a bit of old town Lisbon. The size is great for a family and place to congregate in the living room. Wi-Fi was very good and a smart TV was available for watching things other than local TV. Nice that there is someone to take bags before check-in time. Really loved the place.

Top notch apartment!
From before check in to leaving, top notch service from Host Soo. Super clean apartment with amenities that were more than expected. Comfy sofa bed in addition to comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Location was perfect for sightseeing and transportation. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Lisbon!
