In Lissabon durchaus empfehlenswert
Das Hotel ist von der Servicequalität und Sauberkeit gut. Natürlich ist es schon recht abgewohnt und Details zur Sauberkeit (Türinnenseiten) werden nicht beachtet. Aber für Portugal ist das im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels hervorragend.

Despite that the support desk informed me on the phone that this is a refundable cancellation after talking to the hotel. Expedia charged me this is absolutely deceiving and I will definitely follow up with my lawyer

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Störend war leider ein sich immer wiederholendes Piepen so dass das Fenster geschlossen bleiben musste. Der Duschschlauch war defekt.

Kann ich nicht empfehlen
Das Hotel war sehr laut. Autolärm weil es direkt an der grossen Autostrasse zum Flughafen liegt. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt (4-5 grad draussen) und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Und zum Schluss wollte ich um 5h ein Shuttle zum Flughafen, das Hotel bietet dieser Service aber erst ab 6h an.

The price was good but locations poor and they teased me saying I could get a room with 2 queens. The small print saying if available. That is a joke. Being an American did not help my situation. The workers do NOT like Americans. I never review properties but had to respond. I could state many other complaints. But you get the idea. Don't go there.

Check in was slow. We arrived at 1:30pm and they told us that probably our room wasn’t going to be ready at 2pm. I suggest that they put 3-4pm as check in. We went for a walk and came back at 3:30pm and we had to redo the check in all over again. Otherwise very clean and staff was nice.
