Every bedroom also includes a desk/workspace, making it an ideal choice for longer stays or remote work. There’s also an extra social bathroom in the common area for added convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a leisurely dinner at home. The dining area is perfect for gathering together, while the cozy living room provides a comfortable spot to unwind, read, or plan your next adventure in Lisbon.


The neighbourhood

Avenidas Novas is a pleasant and central Lisbon neighbourhood known for its wide avenues, local cafés, and relaxed residential feel. This is a great area if you prefer to stay a little outside the historic centre, while still being just a short ride away from all the main sights.

You’ll be near Sete Rios and Praça de Espanha, with excellent metro, bus, and train connections, plus supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. It’s a practical and comfortable spot for discovering Lisbon, whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. It’s also a great base for exploring nearby green spaces such as Gulbenkian Garden and Monsanto Forest Park.

Please note: The property is located under the flight path of Lisbon Airport. While aircraft noise is generally not excessive, light sleepers may occasionally notice passing planes.

CHECK-IN FORM: As all check-ins are conducted in person, guests are asked to complete the check-in form sent after booking no later than 48 hours before arrival. The expected arrival time should be provided so that we can make every effort to arrange the check-in at the preferred time and ensure that a member of our team is available to meet the guests at the property.
