« Downstairs is stark, blank walls, no chairs, two stools and very small table in kitchen for 2 people at best. Rust on stove, dishwasher, faucets inW/C. Back door does not lock easily (need to see detailed instructions). No hot water at taps even after following lengthy instructions and leaving the water heater on for hours. »
