« Our favorite experience ever at a Hilton Hotel. Above and beyond staff and service. »

« Dirty property, unfriendly staff. Hot tub didn't work. Toilets were clogged. Dirty bandaids left in the pool area for over 24 hours. Beds were not comfortable. Broken furniture. Breakfast was poor. Checked out early to how poor this property was managed. »

« Stayed here while attending Laconia bike week 2026. It’s a good distance from Weirs beach and Loudon racetrack, however if you’re looking ride your bike the distance allows you to enjoy the roads and scenery. The rooms were clean and modern along with a friendly atmosphere. Red arrow diner is a short distance away. »

« The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I »

« The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional. »

« The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily. »

« Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the indoor pool was well-maintained, clean, and safe to swim in. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, my biggest concern was the hotel's use of a remote Customer Service Kiosk instead of an in-person front desk. As a Deaf traveler who relies heavily on lipreading, this system was very difficult to use. I had to communicate with a representative through a TV screen, and there were no captions available....
