« We were put in a room where the air conditioning did not work. When we brought this to their attention we were moved, yet it seemed like they were not surprised. We asked for an extra pillow and were told there should be one on the shelf of the closet, but there was only a blanket there. In our 2nd room there was also no extra pillow. There were not enough outlets in the room. The refrigerator, microwave, and tv were plugged into an extension cord. We struggled to find outlets to charge...

« Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B »

« The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it. »

« When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time. »
