The apartment is bright and full of natural light, as it has large French doors and windows, especially in the lounge-dining area, which also give access to the terrace outside. This space has a double sofa-bed, dining table with 4 chairs and a special high-chair for small children, a coffee table and a sideboard and TV.

The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee capsule machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and tableware. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, with built-in wardrobes and bed linen. For families with small children, a portable cot and bed safety rails are available. There is 1 full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towels.

The terrace outside extends along two sides of the apartment and has outdoor furniture - table, chairs, sofa with cushions, awning, electric grill. An ideal place to enjoy meals outside or just for relaxing.

Location

The apartment is located 100 m from the beach, close to the port and very close to the shops and restaurants in the area.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
