A home from home, we was made to feel comfortable the moment we walked in the door. absolutely wonderful place to stay and the freshly cooked breakfast is just what you need to start the day. Will be returning again and again

Lovely, friendly and a home from home. Very welcoming on arrival and helped me take luggage to my bedroom (no lift). Wonderful cooked breakfast and definitely somewhere I will go to again. There is a very small car park behind the property where I was able to park, but otherwise street parking on nearby streets.

Birthday break
We had a 4 night stay at Lynton house for a combined birthday break away using Llandudno as a base and couldnt have picked a better hotel, friendly, modern and clean, excellent breakfast, only fault is only parking for 4 cars, so 1st come 1st served, however we managed to park on the road, other than that an excellent stay, would definitely return

Room was excellent. Food was excellent. Decor was lovely. Relaxing areas inside and out where lovely and the mini bar was an added bonus. Parking could be better for this size property.

Nice property and good location. Unusually warm when we were there which made it difficult to get comfortable in our 3rd floor room (no A/C, but provided with a fan). No elevator and our room only had a jetted tub (no shower) which was a surprise (guess we should have paid closer attention to the room description). Advertises parking but only has four spots behind the house and 14 rooms for guests.

Hi Karen thank you for taking the time to review your stay . Just for the purpose of our guests that don’t use the American system the room you booked is on our 2nd floor as we don’t have a 3rd floor. I’m sure that if the British weather was consistently warm air conditioning would be necessary as you will not find it in most properties. As for your other comments it is all in the description so you are right to say you should have read it carefully rather than mention your issues in a review

Great stay!
Had a lovely stay at The Lynton House for the weekend. Furnished to a very high standard. We booked the King size suite and the lounge was really comfortable and well laid out everything what you needed was at hand. Bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was great! Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Memorable for all the right reasons.
Very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful rooms and everything was spotlessly clean. There is a comfortable lounge area and outside seating for alfresco coffee, or a quick smoke for those that need it. The dining room is well laid out and bright and the breakfast was first class. Lynton House is also in a good location within easy walking distance of the promenade, cafes and shops and with some limited parking on site.

The B&B is in the perfect spot, less than a 5 minute walk from the seafront and the town centre. The hosts were friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I cannot think of a way that our experience could have been improved.

My husband and I spent a couple of days here and felf very spoilt. The location was fantastic, everywas spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Mark and Sheridan really looked after us and we will definitely be recommding Lynton House to our friends and we will be back.
