An immaculate property run by fantastic hosts who clearly understand their business. This beautiful guest house is super clean, has up to date decor, superb facilities and is located in the ideal location on Llandudno front. I have stayed at many many properties up and down the UK and this is one of those I cant wait to get back to. We enjoyed the most comfortable sleep in an outstanding, immaculate and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the room as it was Very spacious, had a Nespresso machine (lovely touch) and the quality complimentary biscuits and toiletries. Another superb extra was the local guide that the owners have created for guests. It provided very useful and informative information on local restaurants, things to do and other areas of interest not too far away. We loved the breakfast . Plenty of quality and choice on offer. The breakfast was superb. I always have concerns over coffee (as with some of our past experiences this can be quite hit and miss) . No concerns here. The lovely French pressed coffee was a treat. In summary, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to recommend this property to all. Finally, a huge thanks and massive appreciation to our hosts who made our trip to Llandudno very memorable for all the right reasons.

We had a back room which was quite small but functional. The breakfast was great and the owners did everything to make the stay pleasant. Parking was out the front of the building and could be busy at times.

Great value for money.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host, Simon, was very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. The only minor niggle was that parking outside the B&B was not always available, there were nearby side streets where free parking was available. Overall very good value for money.

Excellent location right on the seafront and a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. I was provided with a breakfast bag for two early mornings when I needed to go to an event and the real breakfast was a real treat with fresh fruit and freshly made scambled eggs. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Fab stay in lovely Llandudno!
I brought my mum to Llandudno to give her a 5 night break in Wales. We had a great time - helped in part by our fabulous stay at Pebble House. Our hosts - Simon and Emma - were really friendly and helpful, and had made their lovely guest house really clean and Covid-safe, which was a a massive relief as my mother is in her 80's and this was her first venture out in over 18 months. We had nothing to worry about at all! From the free street parking right outside, the lovely breakfasts (with a choice of breakfast in your room if you wanted), the location opposite the promenade and the fabulous sea views from our room, Pebble House is highly recommended for any guest. And it is in the perfect location to travel to other areas too. Fantastic!
