« Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun. »

« Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. »

« Great location for restaurants and river trail. Very well stocked so it is an easy and comfortable stay. »

« Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »

« Des familles y vivent à l’année. Plusieurs chiens dans les chambres. Très bruyant dans les appartements. Ne font le ménages qu’au 2 semaines. Ne change pas les serviettes. Aucun service. Plein de resto autour. »

« This place should not even be on a booking site it was discusting with bugs, smelled like death, had burn holes all over the blankets and beds were filthy, holes in walls bathroom looked worse than a porta potty! »
