Hotel Loire

« My room was clean but there were roaches. My room door did not lock and my room key never worked »

« Très bon accueil. personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Chambre plutôt propre, même si le sol pourrait être mieux lavé Petit dej varié mais on aurait apprécié yaourt et fruits. »

« The property was dirty, when we got our room there was dirty socks thrown on the floor in our room from the last guest, so it leaves me to believe the room was not cleaned prior to me checking in . Also the window in the room was green and it had a weird smell in our room, the hallways and elevator carpet was dirty with food crumbs everywhere. »

« They were so rude and said it was only for oil field workers.. »

« Sheets were dirty, and when we arrived in room, there was a dirty cleaning towel on the bed by the pillow only left one wash rag for two adult adults very unpleasant day »

« Everything was very good. »

« We checked in the tv didn’t work but they fixed that right away. They were nice and helpful. »

« If you’re traveling with family don’t stay here »

« No towels, no soap or shampoo... basic without the essentials. »

« The hotel vicinity is well lit and safe »

« The location was great and staff were very kind. The bathroom sink didn’t need a little attention. »

« Great experience »

« We were move from a King room to a double due to someone extending their stay. If we had known in advance we probably wouldn't have stayed. The room had a very moldy smell and had to keep going out to get fresh air. Towels were barely big enough to wrap around my hair. On a good note pillows were great. »
