Chambre mal nettoyée dans les angles. Zéro service dans la chambre, pas de bureau, tv, ou de café. Le gardiennage des bagages est payant.

3 days at the assembly covent garden
Stay of 3 very good days spent at the assembly covent Garden . The rooms are functional and well appointed. The hotel is well located, 1 minute from the metro on foot (the place is secure). The hotel team is great and attentive.

Great location close to theatres, National gallery, Picadilly Circus and Covent Garden. Small rooms, but confortable and very clean. No breakfast though and they charge to keep the luggage.

Hôtel très bien placé. Accueil par personnel sympathique mais dans un local type local à balai ! Chambre ne disposant ni de téléviseur, ni de chaise, ni petit bureau, ni de verre à dent. Clim impossible à arrêter. Pas de petit déjeuner. Le comble ils demandent 5 livres pour stocker les bagages entassés les uns sur les autres. On a quand même payé 260 € pour cela. Cela ne les vaut pas.

Pour Londres, chambre Snug ok. Petite mais tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour à deux. Les espaces/rangements sont plutôt prévus pour une personne seule.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. En face d'un arrêt de bus très bien desservi et à proximité direct d'un quartier disposant d'un métro. Cependant, nous avions loué une chambre double sans fenêtre. Nous ne pensions pas trouvé une chambre aussi petite. Première surprise, la chambre était dans la cage d'escalier. En rentrant dans la chambre, nous avons constaté des cheveux sûrement du précédent occupants au sol de la salle de bain/chambre. Nous étions deux et il était difficile de ne pas se marcher dessus. La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre, pas une surprise, mais la climatisation/ventilation n'était vraiment pas efficace. Il faisait chaud et en rentrant dans la chambre, l'odeur d'un air stagnante prenait le dessus. Notre seule solution était donc d'ouvrir la porte qui donnait sur le couloir afin d'aérer. Heureusement que la chambre voisin n'était pas occupé. En bref, nous n'avions pas une grande hâte de rentrer à l'hôtel. Heureusement que Londres propose suffisamment d'activité pour s'occuper durant un séjour.

Nous sommes vraiment ravies de notre séjour à l'Assembly hotel l'emplacement est vraiment au top, près de la National galerie, près des shopping des restaurants et du quartier chinois, des théatres, nous avions une chambre au 9ème étage avec une superbe vue sur Londres, la chambre était spacieuse et ultra propre, la literie confortable et le personnel adorable et attentif aux attentes des clients, vraiment je reviendrais tellement j'ai apprécié cet hôtel.

Hôtel parfaitement situé
Nous avons passé un super séjour à Londres, notamment grâce à la localisation centrale de l’hôtel. Nous avons presque pu tout faire à pieds, ce qui est vraiment génial, surtout lorsqu’il fait beau. La chambre est petite et sans rangement ce qui convient plutôt pour un week end ! Nous regrettons de n’avoir pu profiter du rooftop, le service du petit déjeuner n’était pas disponible. J’avais en parti choisi cet hôtel pour la vue et j’ai été déçue. Je recommande cet hôtel et pourrais y séjourner de nouveau sans hésitation !

I recently stayed at the Assembly and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a series of letdowns that made my stay far from enjoyable. First and foremost, there was no TV in the room. While I understand some people might prefer a tech-free environment, It felt like a significant oversight for the price I paid. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I was quite surprised to find there was no kettle available either. For a hotel in this price range, I expected at least the basic amenities to make my stay comfortable. The staff behaviour was another major issue. They were both weird and rude, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Any questions or requests were met with either a dismissive attitude or outright rudeness, which is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Security is always a priority for me when traveling, so I was extremely disappointed to discover there was no safe inside the room. This added to my overall sense of discomfort and insecurity during my stay. Given all these issues, I can confidently say that the stay was not worth the price I paid. The lack of basic amenities and the poor service made it a highly regrettable experience. I will never go back to Assembly and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I booked the windowless room so I didn’t have high expectations to begin with but it was by far the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was on the floor pinned against the wall so it was slightly inconvenient getting in and out of bed without hitting my partner. All you get is a bed, toilet, sink and shower. It was hard to fit with all of our luggage. The staff was friendly.

The location of the property was excellent - just 3 mins walk to Leicester Square tube station, a 7 to 10 min stroll away from Covent Garden and the surrounding shopping and dining area. Cleanliness and availability of amenities in the room was conversely less than desired.. spotted ants in the room, room did not have any TV, no bottled water, no kettle for hot water for the cold weather too :(

The stay was good. I felt safe and the surrounding area was convenient for shopping and social activities. The only things I didn’t love, was the darkness of the properly and there was a smell in the room, almost like mold. It wasn’t overwhelming enough to negatively affect my stay but enough to give a “good” rating be “excellent.”

Accommodations were excellent. Do not expect to have a TV since the room is for sleeping and resting only. Very walkable to a lot of attractions. Staff is very accommodating and professional. It’s a great place to stay!
