The Space:

The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential whilst being around 15 minutes from the city centre. Every utility is included, as well as a hair dryer and iron.



Living/sleeping area:

1 brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress

High-quality linen and towels provided



Living and dining area:

You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two comfortable designer chairs. There is also a 30-inch TV with Netflix.



Kitchen:

The kitchen is the perfect size for two people and is fully equipped with everything guests could need for a short or extended stay. Brand-new appliances provide a convenient home-like experience for preparing meals.

The kitchen includes oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, hand blender, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and more.



Parking:

Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Please request in advance.



House rules:

No parties, events or loud music are allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7:30am.

Guest Access:

We use a keyless entry system for check-in, more detailed information regarding the process will be sent to you upon booking your stay.

Alternatively, physical keys can be arranged for lockbox collection upon request.

We are happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional price.



We have a strict no-pet policy.



Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door and, due to a previous bad experience, we are particularly careful about maintaining a peaceful environment. We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind before booking.



Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who made the booking must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



The washer and dryer are communal and situated on the first floor of the building. There are designated hours when they cannot be used, which are clearly displayed on the door.

We professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.



Recycling: We recycle and use a refill system for shower gels, cleaning products and more. Please help us recycle too.



Stays longer than 12 days: An additional mid-stay cleaning must be purchased for £55.

Stays longer than 30 days: Two additional mid-stay cleanings must be purchased.
