The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed modern. The only downside was that the walls are so thing that you could join your neighbours conversation if you wanted, as you could hear every word or noise made. Same applies to the movies other people were watching

We do have some points that we noted about our stay in the Central Park Hotel: - the breakfast did not meet our expectations for a full English breakfast of 15£ - ⁠it did not matter what breakfast you chose as you took everything from two buffet tables - ⁠our room looked nothing like the pictures online (I reckon we were in a continuation of the main building - room M36) - ⁠there was no toilet brush available in the bathroom effectively forcing us to have room service, even though we would have preferred not to use it every day - ⁠the shower head was leaking - ⁠switching from shower to faucet in the bathtub was impossible - ⁠the tiles seemed worn down and we spotted black mold - ⁠one morning, the water heating did not work properly and the hotel offered us a coffee from the bar as compensation which we liked - ⁠stale air due to being unable to open windows - ⁠worn down furniture - ⁠electronic devices showed signs of wear and tear - ⁠we reckon that our hotel room door was supposed to be a fire emergency exit door but it didn’t close by itself - ⁠the staff was very forthcoming and friendly - the hotel is very close to sights and makes access easy

Das Hotel war in super Lage. 200m von der nächsten U-Bahn Station und gegenüber der Hyde Park. Frühstück war gut und ausreichende Auswahl. Zimmer sind klein aber sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Personal sehr nett. Ich kann das Hotel mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen und würden das auch wieder buchen.

Von der Stadt mit der Ubahn innert weniger Minuten erreichbar. 👌 Zimmer selbst sind für eine oder zwei Nächte absolut in Ordnung, sehr klein aber wie gesagt benötigt man für einen kurzen Citytrip nichts grösseres. Luxus ist im Hotelzimmer nicht anzutreffen, alter Teppich und sehr hellhörig 👎

Lage sehr gut, auch untergrund nahe Personal sehr freundlich stimmung im Allgemeinen angenehm zimmer nicht sauber, Haare im Bad, Dreckränder in Dusche und Lavabo, Vorhänge dreckig Teile und Schrauben fallen ab. Vorhangschiene locker Abfluss im Lavabo schliesst nicht. Matratzen dreckig, Bettwäsche passt nicht aufs Bett Auch für ein preisgünstiges Hotel, könnte man putzen und defekte Teile in Ordnung bringen.

I don't know if or what I did to offend, upset, or irritate the receptionist checking us in; i got the distinct impression that he didn't like me very much. At first, he gave me a room (M22) that was inaccessible via elevator ("lift" in the UK) requiring to take the stairs with my luggage and not providing any assistance whatsoever. In addition to being forced to take the stairs, the room is located in the far end of the hallway. The room itself was BAD; not only was the room very small barely fitting the bed and miniature desk, the room had a strong chemical smell. (The had a servants quarters vibe) I then went back to the receptionist informing him that i want another room as the current assigned room is unacceptable and unfit to house any guest even if or a short amount of time. He then assigned a different room (529). He then again made me carry my luggage back down the stairs. The newly assigned room, though more accessible, was only just slightly better. The room was just as small but with no smell. There are holes in the wall. I felt so flustered that I checked the room for bedbugs before settling in; no bedbugs, room clean. The room, however was hot. It turned out that the thermostat in the room was not lowering the temperature at all. I found a fan in the room which I assumed was to supplement or counteract the faulty thermostat. The fan itself was also broken; as it would not turn as it's supposed to without being constantly poked. I have video proof!

First of all the area is nice where the location of the hotel is but nothing was said that it’s under construction scaffolds all in the front so the picture that’s on your website is false at 9am they start hammering drilling everything that has under construction second the bathroom are very tinny the toilet it right next to the wall and shower glass also the drain in shower gets filled up quickly so has to turn off shower twice to complete my shower also there is no ac just a fan even if outside it’s 40-50 inside like 80 I complained several times they said no ac in the rooms but that’s a lie they should of change my room the secound day I was there especially since the ac was on in the hallways and they I heard them ask a guest if the air conditioning was working ok ! I would like to get a refund for at least 1/2 back is what I paid because of all the troubles I had even having the shower flood and all the water going to the carpet and smelling like a wet dog for 5 days ! Oh and then also the door rubbed against the carpet and it was so hard to push open it was horrible I did complain on on everything they just said will look into it gave me a bigger fan but never once was I offered to move even though my room was a disaster my room was 438 and everything was wrong there also 1/2 of the outlets did not work and the tea kettle in the room was burnt inside I forgot to tell them ! I gave up the location is great across the street from Kensington Palace ! Under construction

Dear Beatriz, Please note that we informed all travel agent, and we mentioned in all websites that we are under refurbishment, and we have the scaffolding outside the premises. all work commences after 9:30 am finishes before 4:30 pm... we notified all our guests prior to their check-in and it is also mentioned in your booking confirmation...we expect this project to finish soon, and we hope to see you again and we can assure you that this property will be transformed into a great shape and your future stay will be a wonderful experience.
