Dear Paul Thank you for taking the time to post a review. In response to your specific points: It was unfortunate that you mistakenly booked "room only" thinking the optional breakfast was included. Increasingly, most of our guests only require accommodation so to separate these two elements of the booking means guests only pay for what they require. As a gesture of good will I offered, and you accepted, complementary continental breakfast and I purchased your specific choice of cereals. In line with standard industry environmental practice, towels are changed "on request". When you did request new towels these were provided. Kind regards, Roy - Owner
