Das Hyatt Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Flughafen, es ist direkt mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Der Check In ging sehr schnell und das Zimmer ist sauber und groß.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen Heathrow und ist per Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Das einzig negative ist auch hier die Nähe zum Flughafen, da die Wege in die City leider sehr lang sind. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Although opposite the runway, you can’t hear a thing outside whilst in the hotel. Rooms are modern and easy to get to the airport from the bus stop situated directly outside the hotel, with them running from 3:30am till late.

The Hyatt has never let me down. We always stay here when travelling through Heathrow. Most of car rentals are a walk away. We check in. Drop bags then return the rental cars. Then able to conveniently walk back to the hotel.Convenient. Easy transportation via buses outside the hotel, shuttle or cabs to all the airport terminals. The rooms are comfortable and the beds always very comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. We didn’t eat at the hotel preferring to either bring our own or go down to a Chinese restaurant a block away which serves pretty authentic decent food!

When we arrived to Hyatt at night, there was nobody to help us for carrying out luggages and not to mention my husband and I were both very tired by travelling. We also noticed there was no complimentary water and slippers in the room which should be at least provided by the hotel? I checked with the front desk and they said complimentary bottled water only provided by Hyatt Club Members ONLY!! I told them I’m a member but still I haven’t been received any before I left. We also ordered room service and staffs didn’t collect trays and plates at all. They were still sitting on the floor till the next morning!! We asked the front desk to help us call a cab in the morning to get to Heathrow airport with replied saying ‘if you have an Uber Apps, beta call yourself??’ My husband and I also got bitten by bedbugs on our legs!! What kind of hotel is it with such bad quality services and not helpful at all!! It’s best for them to get refund back and we left with disappointment!

Lets see..this hotel was advertised as being at Terminal 3. It is not. After walking endlessly through Terminal 3 tunnels we got to the bus stop only to be told that it would cost us $10 each to take the bus to this hotel, and that after 1 PM that bus only came once per hour (prior to 1 PM it ran every 15 minutes-huh?) and that we would have to wait 40 minutes for the next one, so we should just take a taxi, as the cost was comparable. The next morning we asked for a taxi to be called, assumingvthe cost would be the same. It was double the previous evenings cost. Had we been told that we would have taken the bus which at that point as it was before 1 PM I assume would have been running every 15 minutes. As for the hotel: it needs updating. In addition my partners room had not been prepared for her arrival: heat was at sun surface setting, no water in the room. Best thing to say: the staff was pleasant. Lessons: do a lot of research, ask a lot of questions and never assume anything. Never again.
