The hotel serviced the room daily and very well. It was also close to various walkable stores, restaurants and transit.
We were there for longer period of few days and for the first time, I’ve never known a hotel not to have a fridge, windows that open for fresh air (screen attached of course), clothes iron, hair dryer, basic tissue boxes or any type of tissues, phone line to connect with front desk at all or any of those basic amenities. So the length of stay made it that we couldn’t have a day in because so much was not available within.
The restaurant is beautiful with a great view to enjoy your breakfast.
The lift was inoperable most of our stay, breaking down often and at one point the panel itself came apart but yet it was usable. The stairs, although available, was too much to go up and down for the distance of room we were at.
I ordered food, to which the delivery was made. It was delivered to the front desk and unbeknown to me I was waiting the front lobby for over an hour. No attempts to contact me was made and until I cam to request an update call to the restaurant, I was given the food that was no longer inedible due to the long wait.
It may have been my mistake in the booked location but it’s the first of this type of girl I’ve experienced.
