Checking luggage instructions were insufficient and ineffective. Room itself is ok. But the bath room has very limited space for your personal items. And toilet bowl flushing power is weak. For a first time traveler from overseas, I don’t think this people-contactless way of hotel is a good way to stay.

A good location but that's where the positives end. The room was insanely hot. A fan was provided but did a less than adequate job. We reported on day one a strong smell of canabis which was dismissed and yet the smell continued for our entire stay. When we arrived there was food left, in a cracked bowl, from the previous occupant in the microwave, we reported and it took until the following evening for this to be rectified. This made us question what else had not been cleaned. The coffee machine had the last occupants pods left in. We had to contact to request tea and coffee which arrived but no milk. The ironing board was broken and we had to request a replacement. And to top it off the access is shocking. We could only gain access using the app on one device. The room was booked for 2 people which meant we had to stay together to gain access. Over all an extremely disappointing stay for the price.

Smooth stay and the location was what I was looking for. Keep in mind the communication through WhatsApp seems to be with a robot. I asked where to find a broom and washing liquid because, on the only day I ate in my room, I noticed the bottle was completely empty (and seemed to have been for several days) and I could only rinse my dishes (with no guarantee they had been cleaned before my arrival and would be after my departure). The supply closet had neither the broom nor the liquid...

Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!

We came down as I was running a 50k ultramarathon on the 14th. The apartment was stunning and it felt like a home away from home! Super clean, cosy and comfortable! Access via the app was amazing! The only downside was it was incredibly noisy between 2200-0100hrs with other hotel guests shouting and banging in the corridors.

I was denied entry because I did not bring my passport. I contacted Bob as I have a screenshotof my passport but he said he wants the physical passport. I left and joined my reunion with my friends from US. Then boarded my train late at night to go home. And then I received a message Bob sent a link. Too late. I was claiming a refund, it was already 2 days I havent heard from him nor hotels.com who said they will sort it out. Still waiting.

Great location, easy to access the room with a code sent before hand. Close to tube, bus, resturants, shops. great area feels very safe. Adorable personall that I meet so friendly and helpfull. On the lless good points. The bathroom was super small and when U washed your face it camed water all over the floor, but it worked. nothing to be fussy about since its overall is a great stay and very good price for central London. will definatley come back again.

The fire alarm went off during the night, resulting in being left on the street for 40 minutes. It was a false alarm; the fire service and the neighbours confirmed this happens on a regular basis. Do not stay here if you want a peaceful night.

ロビーのフロントでの手続きが不要で、完全にリモートタイプのアパートメントホテル。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、全てスマホで手続きができ、とても便利で斬新なホテル体験でした。ただ万一スマホを紛失、または充電が切れたら、鍵も開かないので、滞在中は絶対に充電を切らさないように注意していました。 事前に連絡すれば、可愛いエコトートバッグを用意してもらえる、とあったので問い合わせたところ、チェックインまでにトートバッグもご用意いただきました。また暖房の稼働方法についても、チャットで全て解決できました。 チャットは非常に迅速な返信で、何度も助けていただきました。が、ロビーを掃除していた従業員は全く挨拶も笑顔もなかったことが非常に残念でした。 部屋はコンパクトでしたが、窓もあって日差しも入り、非常に綺麗で、効率的でした。ミニキッチンが備わっており、特に電子レンジは本当にありがたかったです。十分な設備でした。 周辺は閑静な住宅街です。アールズコート駅の繁華街の正反対に位置しているので、周辺にお店はほとんどありませんが、バス停がすぐ近くなので、ケンジントンやノッティングヒルにはすぐに出ることができます。駅反対側には、スーパーやレストラン、スタバ、パブもありました。女性ひとりでも夜遅く帰宅、または朝早い出発でも治安は全く問題なかったです。 私はフロントロビーに長時間並ぶ必要がないこと、部屋のキーがスマホになるホテルシステムが大変素晴らしいと感じました。次回もぜひ利用させていただきます。

This stay was absolutely one of the worst of my life...The pocket room was too small to make it functional. Getting help from staff was like pulling teeth. The heating wasn't working at first, then once that got fixed, the lift broke and went broken until I left. Then the bedroom door stopped opening...I was made to go up and down the stairs until I found the right fob at the lobby safe and let myself in. I couldn't get toilet paper for hours because there was none in the storeroom and the staff was too busy to tend to me...All in all it was a disappointing facility with egregiously poor service...DO NOT RECOMMEND

A number of issues made our stay far from satisfactory. Firstly, the mattress in our room did not fit the bed frame properly. It was curved at both ends with a deep dip in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable and resulting in a very poor night’s sleep. Although an extra duvet was provided in an attempt to make it more comfortable, this made no difference. Secondly, the lift was out of order throughout our stay. This would have been inconvenient in any case, but the stairs were exceptionally steep, making it very difficult to carry our luggage up and down safely. In addition, the complimentary toiletries were not replenished before our arrival — the shampoo bottle was completely empty. We also noticed that the flooring in the room was clearly worn and showed visible signs of water damage, which gave the room a neglected appearance. Given the price we paid and the reputation of hotels in this area, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service. This was certainly not the experience we had hoped for, especially on what was meant to be a special birthday trip.

Having stayed at the Bob W Olympia, staying at the Bob W Philbeach Gardens was a much poorer experience and there were none of the small details that made the stay at the other Bob W so special. Last time, there was ground coffee and cups from a local supplier, and a tote bad, a bottle and charging cables to use during my stay. This time, none were included and while the room itself was ok, there were marks on the wall and the bottom of the bed, and an unpainted patch with holes in the wall where it looked like there had previously been a shelf. There was therefore no shelf next to the bed, so I had to leave my things on the floor, and there was no lamp next to the bed either, so I had to keep the ceiling light on and get out of bed to turn it off. The pocket room is small, just as described in the listing, but I would say that for one small person for a couple of days it is perfectly fine. To access the bathroom I had to go down three steps, and it looked recently renovated, although the cabinet underneath the sink was wonky and there was a cup holder for the toothbrush with no cup. The whatsapp number to contact the team worked fine and they replied quickly, however when I asked about the tote bag, I got a reply saying that there should have been one and that a team member could bring one, however that never actually happened. Ultimately I had an ok stay and the location is fantastic, but having previously stayed at another Bob W, this time it was a disappointment.

Un logement très bien placé pour visiter Londres. Le métro se trouve à 5 minutes à pied et beaucoup de commerces et restaurants sont à 7 minutes à pieds. Rue très calme et non passante. Malheureusement l’isolation est à revoir .. Que ce soit à l’extérieur du bâtiment ou à l’intérieur. Si vous avez des voisins vous ne dormirez pas beaucoup, mur et plancher sont une feuille de papier .. Le logement est très propre, assez grand pour quelques jours. Lit confortable, douche également.
