The stay was ok. The management company didn’t respond to my 2 messages in the days leading up to my trip about making payment which made me nervous. The day of my arrival- while on an overnight international flight- they sent me messages about canceling the reservation because I hadn’t paid. But they had my credit card information on the reservation. It caused a a lot of stress to get worked out. The apartment is in the middle of SoHo and can be noisy- that was fine for me because I knew that in advance. The shower mixing valve was failing and alternated between scalding hot and ice cold. It needs some maintenance. The internet consistently had less than 1mb of bandwidth and wouldn’t reliably connect. Fine for email, but you cannot work remotely from this apartment if you need to. In total, it was fine and the location was good if you want to be in the center of SoHo. In the future, I would stay elsewhere.
