The open-plan ground floor brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together in a sociable, generous layout. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, large island with seating, and everything you need for home cooking. A large corner sofa, dining table, bean bag chairs, and a big Samsung TV make the living area an easy place to settle in. A Juliet balcony looks out over a quiet, green outlook — a nice source of natural light.


Upstairs, the master bedroom has a Double bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite with bath and toilet. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a dedicated workspace — ideal for remote workers or older children. Please note the top bunk is best suited to children.

Air mattress can be provided on request.

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite, meaning no one is sharing.


This is a lived-in family home with warmth and character — not a sterile serviced apartment. Guests should expect a genuinely comfortable, well-furnished space with the natural wear of a well-loved home.
Smart heating, soft water, washing machine, and tumble dryer are all included.


Getting around
Barnes Station is a short walk away with direct trains into Waterloo. Richmond, Kew, Putney, and Hammersmith are all easily reachable.

The neighbourhood

Barnes is a rare London village with a genuine community feel — a duck pond at the heart of the high street, independent cafés, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. For families, the WWT London Wetland Centre is one of the best wildlife attractions in the city. Barnes Common nature reserve and the River Thames are both close by for walks and open air. University of Roehampton and Richmond Park are also nearby.
