Ein schönes Hotel. Fast, als wäre man bei Königin Victoria zu Besuch. Der Wintergarten ist wunderschön und wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Nicht zu glauben, dass man so gut schlafen kann- bei offenem Fenster im Zentrum von London.

Das Hotel befand sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, wodurch man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Ebenfalls war die Sauberkeit lobenswert. Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Eingangsbereich sollte lieber bisschen weniger nach Raumduft riechen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das ist Zimmer (Studiosuite) geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Leider lief das Wasser in der Dusche nur sehr schlecht ab, so dass wir auf die Badewanne ausweichen mussten. Die Türen des Sideboards beschädigt… Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber wenig ausgebildet im Service am Tisch.. so wie man es bei 4 Sternen erwarten könnte/sollte.

Alles ganz wundervoll. Sehr schöne Räume. Ein wunderbares Bett. Ein schönes Badezimmer, grosses Zimmer. Es fehlt vielleicht die Zeit, dass z. B. das Badezimmer einer richtigen Grundreinigung unterzogen wird. Die Ecken und Böden und Beschläge der Dusche-Tür würden es danken. Aber ansonsten ganz toll! Die Badezimmer haben grosse Ablageflächen. Mehr Kleiderbügel als Grundausstattung wären toll. Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Mänteln oder Jacken ebenfalls. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und die Lage natürlich traumhaft.

Die Varianz der Zimmer innerhalb einer Kategorie (Hauptgebäude vs. Nebengebäude) ist immens. Hatten erst ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, was nach Burger gestunken hat wegen Five Guy direkt am Fenster und insgesamt alt, abgewohnt und wenig einladend. Sind dann in das Hauptgebäude umgezogen, wo die Zimmer viel heller und moderner und leiser sind. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr elegant und das Personal sehr kinderlieb und freundlich. Zu teuer für das was geboten wird von der Zimmern.

Elegant Victorian style hotel located near many London sights. The room was spacious and neat, but the toilet was very hard to flush. Room service was contacted two times to fix the toilet plumbing, but alas the plumbing remained unfixed. The included breakfast was fantastic! Dinner at the restaurant was average. Staff were courteous and helpful.
