« The front desk gal was amazing! The lobby and corridors were clean and tidy. The room had coffee spills on the walls, broken glass windows, and a torn window screen. The bathroom had a horribly strong smell of cigarettes that would not dissipate despite the bathroom fan left to run continuously, and a used plunger was placed directly on the floor with dried bits of toilet tissue and other things stuck to it.
