« I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Great home base for a long weekend visiting college kids with grandparents! Plenty of room for two seniors, ourselves, and both of our college age kids, with open layout common spaces to gather and and still each have spaces of our own. Home as described, refurbished comfortably. « We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine.
Air conditioning was quiet.
Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise.
