Die Sauberkeit war soso. Habe Haare in der Badewanne gefunden. Check in wa r sehr langsam, da gerade Schicht Wechsel. Das Hotel ist alt alt... Es funktionierten nur 2 Aufzüge von 5 vorhandenen. Ich würde es nicht nochmal nutzten.

I need something close to the airport so this is perfect. Shuttle is great and runs very often. Staff is nice and helpful. There isn’t much shopping to do. 3 restaurants inside but I walked to the nearby hotel to get donuts and Starbucks. Close to car rental place which is another reason I picked this hotel

DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. “Urgent” water maintenance has left patrons without water/bathroom use and no refund issued as well as promptly informing us of an issue until physically at the hotel. My Accommodations also did not match the reservation. Poor management left patrons with water bottles as the lone solution with the hopes that the issue would be rectified by the morning.

The front desk customer service representatives were horrible. I was standing next in line while 2 reps completely ignored me while doing something else. When I inquired if they could assist, it was as if I was bothering them. Therefore, it intentionally took longer to be assisted. Also, I received 3 different prices for an extended stay. Not sure why the price was inconsistent.
