You’ll have the entire top floor of a southwest-facing duplex to yourself, along with a wraparound balcony, a two-car garage, and driveway parking. The sand, the Strand, the coastal bike path, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, and shops are all just steps away.

Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a couples’ getaway, or a work trip, this thoughtfully stocked home makes it easy to settle in and enjoy life at the beach. Plus you are a short drive from the stadiums, the airport, and all LA has to offer!

THE SPACE

Enjoy unobstructed ocean views and breezes from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony. The home features furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Room & Board, and Serena & Lily, along with glassware from Soho Home.

The living room includes a Samsung smart television. Outside, the wraparound balcony features a bar ledge and stools—perfect for a sunny meal or a cocktail while watching the sunset.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, fresh linens, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom includes full-over-full bunk beds with a pullout twin trundle, a dresser, a large closet, and an ocean view. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of waves as you fall asleep. For longer stays, this room can be reconfigured with a full-size bed, a trundle, and a desk and chair.

The second full bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, an ocean view, and fresh towels. Shower products and extra linens are provided.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home. Amenities include a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, along with cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, cloth napkins, glass storage containers, and strainers.

The dining table seats four comfortably, and extra chairs can be provided upon request. You can also dine outside on the balcony while enjoying the ocean views.

LAUNDRY AND EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet, along with storage cabinets, detergent, extra towels, and linens.

The apartment is stocked with the essentials for a comfortable vacation, an extended stay, or a working visit.

READY FOR THE BEACH

We provide beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys, a volleyball, and even sunscreen. Surfboards and boogie boards are available upon request.

Spend your days surfing, playing volleyball, walking along the Strand, or exploring the coast by bike.

PARKING AND LONGER STAYS

Your stay includes exclusive use of the two-car garage and driveway parking.

For longer stays, the downstairs garage can be configured as a game room, office space, or additional storage, depending on your needs. Please ask about arrangements before your stay.

Located in north Manhattan Beach, the apartment is around the corner from restaurants serving Mexican, sushi, Thai, seafood, and American cuisine, as well as coffee shops, shops, and yoga studios.

Walk to the beach and the Strand, explore nearby Hermosa Beach, or follow the coastal bike path toward Redondo Beach. The location also offers convenient access to LAX, Venice, and Santa Monica.

OPTIONAL RENTALS

Two electric bikes and a six-passenger Tomberlin electric golf cart are available for an additional fee. Please inquire about availability and arrangements for your stay.

The entire apartment, wraparound balcony, garage, and driveway are exclusively yours during your stay.
