The chef's kitchen has a Wolf double oven, 6-burner gas stove, hidden panel-front refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher that blend in with the cabinets, Keurig coffee maker and a dining table for 10. Relax in two living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TVs, or work from the private office/bedroom with a dedicated desk, WiFi and its own LG refrigerator. The washer and dryer are in the third-floor laundry room. Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard has a patio, outdoor furniture and dining area, a BBQ grill and a kids' play area, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Free parking is available on the property, plus a Level 2 Tesla EV charger ($35 per night). Central air conditioning and heating throughout.

There is no pool or hot tub. Small dogs only, with a $150 pet fee; service and assistance animals are always welcome. No parties or events. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, main entry, front patio and backyard. The EV charger is Tesla only.
