Welcome to the Topanga Tiny Home, a unique architectural retreat perched above Topanga Canyon. This cozy home features a breathtaking infinity pool and hot tub overlooking Topanga State Park, along with a vaulted loft featuring a queen bed and canyon views.



Outdoor Living



Enjoy the canyon-edge infinity pool, complimentary spa heating, wrap-around deck, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area. Pool heating is available for $100 per day and is billed for the full stay. Spa heating is complimentary. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.



Interior



High ceilings, large windows, and thoughtful design create an open, airy feel. The loft offers a private sleeping area with a queen bed (60" x 80") and premium linens beneath a dramatic vaulted ceiling. Please note that the loft stairs have no handrail, and the loft ceiling is designed for sitting or lying down rather than standing. The loft is best suited for adults and older children.



Kitchen and Workspace



The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or extended stays.



Wellness Experiences



Optional on-site wellness services, including Reiki, sound healing, forest bathing, and massage, are available upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy the entire property — the home, wrap-around deck, backyard, infinity pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining area are all yours for the duration of your stay.



4 parking spaces are available in the driveway in front of the black gate. Street parking in Fernwood is limited and narrow, so please use the designated driveway spaces. Additional vehicle requests can be accommodated — just ask in advance.



The Neighborhood:

This tiny home sits in the Fernwood area of Topanga Canyon — a storied, arts-driven enclave tucked between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, just 15 minutes from Malibu.



Topanga has long attracted artists, musicians, and free thinkers: Joni Mitchell wrote "Woodstock" here; Neil Young, Jim Morrison, and countless others called Topanga home. Today, it remains one of the few places in Los Angeles where nature, community, and creativity converge without city noise or density.



From the property, you have direct walking access to Topanga State Park — the largest wildland within the limits of any U.S. city, with over 36 miles of trails. The Kerry Lane trailhead leads to panoramic canyon and ocean views. The Observation–Grand View–Sischo neighborhood loop is perfect for a morning walk.



Topanga Village, just a few minutes away, offers beloved local cafés, organic restaurants, and independent boutiques. Pacific Coast Highway is 15 minutes west, putting Malibu beaches, surf breaks, and some of LA's finest dining within easy reach. Santa Monica is 30 minutes east.



This is a place where guests arrive for a night and leave planning their next visit.



Getting Around:

ARRIVING:

The scenic drive through Topanga Canyon is an experience in itself — winding roads, ancient oaks, and canyon walls give way to this peaceful hillside perch. Take your time, enjoy the drive, and leave the city behind.



ON FOOT: Walk the neighborhood loop (Observation → Grand View → Sischo) or take the trail from the property through Topanga State Park to Kerry Lane for panoramic views. Both are excellent options from the door.



BY CAR:

• PCH & Malibu beaches: ~15 min west

• Santa Monica & Venice: ~30 min east

• Calabasas / US-101: ~15 min north

• LAX Airport: ~45 min southeast



Tesla Supercharger at Cross Creek Rd & PCH (Malibu), ~15 min. Multiple public EV stations in the area. No on-site EV charging at this property.

Please help us preserve the peaceful canyon environment for our neighbors and the surrounding wildlife.



Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Sound carries throughout the canyon, so please keep noise to a minimum.



Gatherings & Events: No large gatherings or events without prior written approval.



Smoking & Vaping: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.



Pets: No pets unless approved in advance in writing.



Driving: Drive carefully, as neighborhood roads are narrow.



Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins.



Outdoor Fires: No open fires outside the designated fire pit area.



Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy the infinity pool and hot tub respectfully while keeping noise to a minimum.



Property Care: Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.



SPECIAL NOTE



The bathroom may occasionally have a noticeable sewer-like odor, particularly during hot weather. The homeowner has investigated the issue extensively, but no permanent solution has been identified. Odor neutralizers are provided, and the odor does not affect the safety or functionality of the home.



GUEST VERIFICATION



All guests must complete the required third-party verification process before check-in. Each guest must submit both of the following:



A valid government-issued ID.



A selfie for identity verification.



The information submitted must match the guest's identity. Please complete all required verification steps before arrival. Check-in instructions and access details may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



NOISE MONITORING



The property is equipped with indoor and outdoor decibel monitoring devices that measure noise levels only and do not record conversations. These devices help ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.



Tampering with or removing any monitoring device is prohibited and may result in additional charges or other action, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.
