We were allocated a room which had a connecting door to the room next door.
This detail was not included in the room description which we received when making the booking.
There was someone in the room adjoining ours who was coughing loudly and for prolonged periods for 4 of our 6 days. This was extremely disruptive, not because someone was obviously unwell, but because we were not informed that this room, and perhaps others, was/ is not sufficiently private to justify the cost . Had we been informed of this arrangement we would most certainly have made other arrangements. This is an unacceptable lack of transparency and we anticipate compensation from the resort management upon receipt of this complaint.
