« The property listing is incorrect. It is listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, when it is actually only 2 of each. This was reported to the host days ago and is still incorrect on the website.I tried contacting the host multiple times days before our arrival with no response. He finally responded the day of our arrival. This caused a lot of added stress to not have our questions answered before arriving, which included a discrepancy on the location we were trying to resolve in advance.The address...

« Everything exceeded our expectations. Immaculate and top of the line in all aspects. The area is perfect easy to get around and the pool is an unparalleled experience. Our concierge was there to meet, but personally escort us to the property and thoroughly explained everything. We will be back. »

« Everything was great. Pictures & description are accurate. A couple of minor cleanliness issues. The front detached bedroom has rock walls that will leave crumbly sand if you touch them. Main floor shower also had a street-facing window with no curtain. We just hung a towel over it. All those issues were so minor that we didn't even notify the property owner. Can't beat the location, although the last hill is a little daunting if you're walking back from town. »

« Beautiful property, great location. The pool is awesome for both adults for lounging the and kids for water games. The beach club also offers spectacular views and had a fully equipped gym which I used daily. The kids loved driving us around with the golf cart to the restaurants on the Esperanza property. Ronnie and his staff were incredibly nice, responsive, and proactive with suggestions and check-ins. We are avid vacation home renters around the world and I would rate this as one...

« 1/4 ac units worked. No instructions about arrival. Wifi info was totally out of date. Water was shut off to entire facility for an entire night. They didn’t even have coffee nor filters. Dishwasher had obviously been broken for dome time as the note on it was water stained. It was a good location, we were able to walk to the public beach. »
