« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« We were traveling home because my husband broke his ankle in AZ and we needed to see a surgeon at home. The staff was wonderful in getting us a downstairs room and helped us as much as possible. I truly appreciate them!!! Our room was very clean and breakfast was good. We did not use any of the amenities. We were exhausted!! »

« The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer . »

« DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. « Nice place even though it was in a bad neighborhood. Concerned about my car at night. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. When I called the day before inquiring about what exit to take, they didn't know. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Hotel was under construction. Pool was closed (green & not working). Room smelled like mildew. Boardwalk does NOT look like photos. There are few shops and dilapidated. »

« The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate. »
