I was at this hotel last summer, and i was overall satisified with the quality. Silent, local hotel that lays close to most of the things in Loviisa. What I didn't like so much was the fact that the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust behind the TV, and dust on other edges.
The staff was friendly and nice, and I could have notified them directly about it. Luckily i didn't spend much time on the hotel, as I only used it for a place to sleep.
The pictures provided on hotels.com doesn't show the actual condition of the rooms today. They seem worn out. If you are a couple, you'll have a hard time cuddling, as the beds always slip from each other...
