We apologize because the description was not clear on the site. Now it has been updated. All our rooms are on the ground floor and none has a balcony. Instead all the apartments (with two or three bedrooms, living room, kitchen which are on the first and second floor have a balcony. It is true that it did not have a private balcony, but its room had a view of the pool, and was always accessible to the garden, to all the hours. We have taken your comment in consideration to clarify for future customers. Best regards
