„We had an amazing stay at The Lane Retreat! Large room, quiet, perfectly located. The breakfast amenities in the room were healthy and adequate. The Pantry store on site was great for morning coffee. We stayed 2 nights and booked a room each. Great place to reset and relax after a day of wine tasting. The room just needed a vacuum, but otherwise the facilities were delightful. “

However upon arrival we where informed that the breakfast would be 2 x 20 AUD extra, as the breakfast was not mentioned on the booking. I checked on my own receipt from hotels.com and also didn't see breakfast on it. Not a big problem for us, we just drove into the next Cafe in the morning as we aren't huge breakfast eaters anyway. Our only disappointment was that the amazing hospitality stops at check out time, no ability to organise a late check out and when we wanted to ride their complementary bikes after check out for the afternoon we were told there would be a $100 charge (they did give us one hour for free though) For the price of this accommodation those little extra value adds would have made the ...
