„This little cottage was the perfect spot to celebrate my 60th birthday weekend with friends. 🎉 It was so close to my party at the Tornado Room that we basically just floated over there. The place feels like stepping back in time in the best way — the kind of porch where you have to sit in a rocking chair and people-watch for hours. I absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfortable, there’s a Keurig for your morning coffee (very important ☕️), and the owner even left the sweetest welcome ...

„Our family had an amazing stay at this Franklin property. The setting was stunning and the home was beautiful. Great communication from the host. The only minor inconveniences were the 3 propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t BBQ - the host offered someone to come out to replace but our kiddos were starving so we had to cook right away. And the air hockey table was out of battery so didn’t work. But no biggie! We would happily stay here again and are looking forward to booking another trip! “

„This is an older home that has clearly been updated and remodeled, but definitely keeping the vintage vibe. It has everything you need, lovely interior, great porch and patio areas. Communication with the host was easy and they were quite responsive. Would definitely stay in this home again...gives you the Leipers local feeling. Driving anywhere from there is peaceful and gorgeous.Highly recommend!“

We loved being there, seen the horse, goats, chickens, and ducks every morning was relaxing and beautiful. Thor was a delight, what a beautiful and friendly dog. We also loved the eggs, meat, and cheese left in the refrigerator to welcome us - they were all delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone.“
