„We needed a last minute booking in the South of UK. Location was great but arriving in afternoon to a very cold not heated place was not welcoming at all and very uncomfortable. We had no instructions on how to put heating on and could not understand how the thermostats worked. We tried to contact owners but only had a reply the next morning after a very long cold night.
