« A decent and overall clean hotel »

« The staff went out of their way to be rude and dismissive toward me the entire time I was there. None of my requests were approved. None of the issues I reported were resolved during my stay. I was never greeted by any staff members nor was i thanked for staying with them at checkout. They treated me like a complete inconvenience. « Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Les installations et la localisation sont plutôt bonnes et les chambres sont grandes et assez récentes. Mais notre chambre n’avait pas été vérifiée au checkin : toilettes et lavabo de la chambre bouchés, poubelles non vidées. Le personnel à la réception n’était pas toujours poli et ne s’est pas excusé pour ces problèmes. Nous sommes restés trois jours et ils ont oublié de nettoyer la chambre et de changer les serviettes. Au final ce n’était pas un bon séjour »

« Overall, it was good. Spacious room, nice breakfast, and enjoyable happy hour. The place could use some updates, but it’s well-maintained. Also, it was quiet—no noise from other rooms, which was a plus. »

« I've stayed at a bunch of hotels in the area and this was hands down the best place to stay while still being affordable. Staff is amazing and the rooms are spotless. This will be my go to place in the future ! »
