« Hot tub was great, but dirt film was evident. Didn't use the fireplace »

« Really cool house. Quick drive into Estes »

« The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay. »

« We were looking for an efficient, clean room close to everything. The place checked all boxes. The host was very friendly, accommodating and provided us with great tips. We had a wonderful time. »

« My family and I had a lovely 3 night stay. The kitchen had everything we needed…and then some. Big primary suite downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and even a home office. Beds were comfortable. Great blackout shades had us sleeping surprisingly late. Easy off street parking. The neighborhood is a nice residential area that is pleasant for a stroll. We had a nice brunch at the little restaurant just a couple of blocks away, but that was the only commercial thing nearby. It’s a short...

« The house was perfect for our family visit! It was super cute, clean, and the layout was wonderful! »

« Loved this house. Worked great for our family meal. Front pictures a little deceiving. »

« My family of 5 and 3 dogs stated at this home. There was plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 1 bath. My teenage youth really enjoyed the back yard and listening to music, sitting in the hot tub, and hammock. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed the stay and wished we would have stayed in this home longer. »

« My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

« Great place to stay. »

« Jennell the owner was very polite, and always responsive. The house was very comfortable, and fully updated with recent renovations. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and polite neighbors. Hope to visit again soon. »

« Lots of space and great location »

« Loved it enough that we booked again for September. Well kept and stocked and very clean...no complaints. I did spend a few minutes getting that awesome Skeech table leveled (never played before--what a hoot!) Thanks! »

« Great place to stay for anything in Estes Park. Very clean house with hot tub . Need to drive to get anywhere, but that's expected. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. »

« Great location away from the crowds in town, but close enough to be there within minutes. Beautiful view of Lake Estes! Fully stocked kitchen. Older home but fresh new carpet, and the view more than made up for it. »

« The property was very clean and stocked well with towels, towels, and washcloths. It was also very well stocked with all of the amenities we needed for our week long stay! The air conditioners in the main room and in the bedroom were fantastic! The host also kept us informed with community events and responded quickly to messages. I appreciate all of the little touches that made our stay special. Thanks to this wonderful host! »

« The rooms were very clean and it was an excellent place to stay! Not far from Boulder, Denver, Estes Park and Buc-ee’s!!!Everywhere we needed to go! »
